Wow!  "No noticeable effects" is a pretty tough requirement for a high
impedance display that switches at 5 volts or less.  Get a lot of CRTs and

I recall testin a touch screen on a controller for an Injection Moulding
Machine. We had to test at 15 kV to satisfy the competent Body. I know we
didn't fail, or generate false data, but I can't recall what happend visually
during the testing.
