AFAIK, If the product type is not listed in CCC List.  CCC Mark is not
required.  This is the mandatory requirement.

If I understand you correctly, you mean if it is not tested, you may feel
uncertain whether it will get into trouble in China.  If this is the case,
you may apply for the voluntory marks, there are at least two voluntory
marks available.

I suggest you to look for a relible agent to due with approval matters in
China.  It is somehow much much quicker.
