Bill has written and presented over 20 technical papers and co-authored Filters and Power Conditioning, Volume 4 of Interference Control Technologies Handbook Series on Electromagnetic Compatibility. He is professionally affiliated with the IEEE EMC Society as a senior member and SAE as a consulting member.
