Well, for military ships, you can fall back to the applicable sections of
MIL-STD-461E and MIL-STD-1399C. Emission & Immunity requirements for the
more benign military environments should be equivalent to commercial
environments.
There is the NEMA 0183 standard for the marine serial data bus, and a lot of
boaters are setting up wireless LAN's to connect their marine electronics
with their on-board PC. That way, they can have a remote helm position
anywhere they want on the vessel.
BTW, in looking around, I found some references to a Marine Equipment
Directive 96/98/EG and a Recreational Craft Directive 94/25/EG. There are
several ISO standards listed at:

There's an American Boat and Yacht Council that seems to be cooking up a
bunch of standards at:
http://www.abycinc.org/
Take a look at their E-11 Standard. and the also a reference to a US Coast
Guard electrical standard in Title 33, CFR 183 Subpart I, Section 183.
