Hi Moshe,

There is an on-line List forum initiated by IPC called "Leadfree"  (Leadfree
Electronics Assembly Forum). 
You can send an e-mail to their server at [email protected] , type Subscribe
LeadFree [your name]  in the text window and they will get back to you with
more details about it.
