MS degree desirable. Certification in Safety Engineering. Human Factors Engineering training. Experience in military research & development programs. Knowledge of MANPRINT requirements. Experience with equipment development intended for human use. Knowledge of MIL-STD-882 & 1472. Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
