Dear colleagues: I have a question of IEC60065:2001 Sub cluse 15.2 I read IEC60065:2001 Sub cluse 15.2 "In supply apparatus of class I with non-hazardous live output voltage,output circuits shall not connected to the protective earthing conductor." I have some confusion: why output circuits mentioned can not be connected to the PE?
