The special PSES-2004 hotel rates from August 12 - 15 are half the nightly rates before August 12, so lodging expenses are reduced. 3. Registered IEEE attendees at the EMC-2004 Symposium get an extra $100 discount from the standard IEEE PSES-2004 registration cost!
