Mr. Jankowski, According to the provisions of Exemption of CCC mark, you must apply for CCC mark for it provided the product is not used for exhibition, military affairs, test and repair. It seems that your product will be sold in China market (for business). It actually doesn't accord the Exemption conditions. So the SMPS need CCC mark. Best regards, lidi 2004/04/06
