I don’t remember any labels on mine either.  I will also look tonight,
probably during intermission of the Sharks game tonight.

Hold on. Isn't test equipment exempt from FCC Part 15 ? (Or am I missing
something?)
 
I'll bet the MFJ-259B (MFJ = mighty fine junk) doesn't have any safety labels
