Hi Mr. Balasubramanian;
An accredited labs means a lab has been accrediated by an accrediator such
as NIST or A2LA. NIST operates a program called National Voluntary
Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP). According to FCC rule, all ITE
devices must been tested in a lab which has gained accrediatation through
NVLAP, A2LA or MRA. An Open Area Test Site (OATS) or full size chamber must
meet ANSI 63.4 requirements and be listed under FCC web site to qualify
performing testing. FCC rule 2.948 was a section for measurement facilities.

for detail information. If someone likes to submitt test report for FCC ID,
the test site must be listed in FCC web site.
