It was my proposition that there are OSM Decisions containing requirements that represent and should ultimately be viewed as National Deviations or Group Differences. Others posited this view was incorrect. We weren't figuratively slapping each other around, but we have reasoned with one another from opposing views. I'm left to wonder what form an OSM Decision will take once incorporated into EN 60950-1, when only six nations out of 28 members of CENELEC have a requirement.
