That is weird. I’ve never come across crosstalk/signal injection issue from an FM source on a telephone line before (AM – all the time due its ease of demodulation, etc.). Anyway, just an additional suggestion; if you use a DSL filter and your structure is wired for more than one phone line, you should probably locate the filter where the phone company ties off the connection to the structure (usually an outside junction box). However if it is RFI a simple filter should help but they can be hard to find. On the other hand DSL filter chokes are almost the same thing and seem to be quite common now. Try a DSL filter.
