For those that haven't looked, there is a new "Preview" 
function on the IEC WebStore, making the scopes and tables 
of contents available on-line, in Adobe Acrobat format. 
Makes standards more visible; very useful.  UL was the first 
I noticed to do this kind of thing (there's is in html 
format) and all standards bodies should follow suit.  (See 
what can happen when a few voices speak out?)
