Good Day, TCBs accept applications directly from hundreds of labs throughout the world, many of them in China. The only restriction in accepting data is that for unlicensed equipment authorizatrion, the test lab at which measurements were taken, must be registered with the FCC. Labs in China may not use a NVLAP or A2LA accreditation for purposes of issuing reports upon which a manufacturer may base a Declaration of Conformity, but they are certainly free to apply to either the FCC or a TCB for a Grant of Equipment Authorization. There would be nothing to gain in being untruthful regarding the origin of the data. Keep in mind that, while TCBs now issue over 92% of all Grants, there are still certain types of equipment that TCBs are excluded from authorizing. Please check with your TCB to make certain that they are authorized to approve the equipment in question.
