Dave, I'm sure that any major document house sells DO-160D, but probably only in hardcopy. However, from the RTCA website (www.rtca.org), different versions of DO-160 are available in hardcopy and download with pricing much less expensive than the two document houses that I looked at. And for RTCA members, downloading is free. Also, RTCA also provides a pretty good description of the standard, too.
