Kevin, Best way to go about this is to call Deputy director general in any of the 5 TEC located centers in INDIA. You have to buy most of their standards. Cost about 10-15US$ I did this and personally flew to India met with these officers in Delhi, Hyd, Bangalore. Got our approval in 4 working days for my previous employer, did the telecom testing in my hotel room in Bangalore. I got in touch with an Indian guy paid him $40 per day consulting fee, he set up with all the appointments with TEC officials. Total cost was about 4k. 1k was appl fee. My personal experience if you know your way in India you can get approvals fast in India. Bangalore is the best place to get your approvals based on the corruption in government offices there. good luck Christopher (I am not Indian)
