Thanks for the reply Ken. Thats exactly why I'm out looking.. I have the SMY01 that does what you describe, but I want to get rid of the external source, and the additional calibration step for Mod depth..
I have an Agilent 8251A that does exactly what I need, but stops at 250 kHz... If it only went down to 10 kHz I'd never buy anything else! Cheers, Derek.
