Put a lot of explanation right there on the shipping documents. 'These parts are for repairing a machine made and installed before ..., to bring it back to its original specification, without exceeding or improving on that specification.' Since France is involved, have that statement also in French. Actually, since the parts were originally embodied in the machine during manufacture, they would not have required a CE mark anyway.
