Group, I think I already know the answer to this question but I would like to bounce it off this forum to get a solid consensus or find a plausible loop hole. I have a customer that has a piece of Semiconductor Manufacturing equipment that was sold to his customer in France before CE came into effect. The customer now needs parts for that equipment to keep it running. One of the parts is a power supply which is not CE Mark and does not have a prayer of meeting the current CE requirements from my recent assessment of it. How can we send replacement power supplies and other components into the EU that do not have a CE Mark on them.
