Suggest you use a Keithley 6514 or 6517 Electrometer with a shielded Faraday
Pail attached  to its input. 
It is easy to make the Faraday Pail yourself. See for example page 5 of:

http://web.mit.edu/8.022/www/Handouts/lab1.pdf

You can basically use any concentric conductive containers, as long as the
small one nestles comfortably (electrically floating) inside the exterior one
(shield). The deeper, the better. (Better shielding). 
I have used stainless steel chemistry beakers, stainless steel kitchen storage
cannister, home-made contraptions made out of fine-mazed chicken wire and out
of aluminum paper, metal kitchen pots, metal garbage cans, etc...
The size of your specimen basically dictates the size of the Faraday pail.
