This recalls an experience more than a few years ago in Texas. Emissions >from a laptop computer that was passing, suddenly increased. The Summer sun -- there being no shade over the OATS in use -- had made the computer hot enough to warp plastic, which of course made the metallized plastic cover ineffective as a shield.
