Dave, I had a similar problem recently. The system in the states was tested for Class A. Taiwan lab tested for Class B and unit failed. I convinced them to re-test for Class A since product is for commercial use. They did and the unit then passed. Is it possible that your equipment is has been tested to two different classes in the US and Taiwan? Peter
