Dear Group, I know this is slightly off topic, but can anybody out there suggest where I can find a short course on the EU legislative processes and the implementation of the New Approach Directives? Whilst it must be presented in English, it need not necessarily be in the UK. Basically, I am looking for a more efficient way of understanding the content of the European Commission document: 'Guide to the Implementation of Directives based on the New Approach and the Global Approach' than sitting down and reading it >from cover to cover. I find this is an excellent cure for insomnia.
