Hello, I'm looking for some advice on what equipment to purchase in order to do a NEBS immunity test. I need to do 1-10GHz, 3 V/m, 1uS, 1kHz Pulse Modulation. I have a Gigatronics 6062A signal generator, and an HP 8673B signal generator. Both have pulse modulation inputs. What function generator model would I need to perform this test?
