Concerning the EN61000-6-3:2001 and its reference to CISPR22, are all DC input ports (including those fed from a PV array) included in the conducted emission test of Table 1 (with Table A.1 now included as part of the Common Modifications)?
CISPR 22 (EN55022) appears to cover only ITE, and so solar array power converters would fall outside its scope. However, 22 is referred to for the methods of measurement in the generic -6-3 standard.
