Gherry,

You are referring to the DOT regulations on magnetic materials.  I have 
actually performed tests for this requirement in the past.  It primarily

focuses on the transport of magnetic goods and goods that contain 
magnetic material.

If the magnetic field is above a specific amount, I don't remember what 
it is, then the goods must be placed in a special portion of the cargo 
area on the plane.  If it is above a second level, again I don't 
remember the level, then it can not board the plane.
