To add another observation:

Robert has described the radiator as an E-field device, yet no
CISPR/ETSI/EN/FCC emissions standards use anything but an electrically
shielded magnetic loop antenna in this frequency range (ok, MIL and RTCA use
an E-field rod antenna, but not applicable here)!

Not surprising that nothing shows up.
