Fellow Group Members We are in the process of developing a small serial port [RS485 / RS232] to Ethernet converter that will connect devices to a wide area network for polling and data transfer.
We plan to possibly use this device to connect legacy products to existing corporate infrastructure initially in the following countries: Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia What are the current standards that need to be applied? My understanding is that it may be CISPR 22, but if so, which version? If this is not the applicable standard, Also, what is the approval process required to install and use this device in country? Any feedback / advice / guidance would be greatly appreciated.
