Hi Bob, These systems do not have their own specific FCC rule part to comply with but do require certification. They are subject to certification to Part 15 and must comply with 15.107, 15.207 and 15.209.
For the EU, I believe they must comply with ETS 300 330 and 300 683-1 from what I have read.
