Dear All,

I am preparing my laboratory for accreditation. Referring to ISO 17025 Section
5.5.10 Intermediate Checks, I am uncertain on the extent of checks required.

For example, IEC 61000-4-11 Section 6.1.2 Verification of the characteristics
of the voltage dips, short interruptions generators states that “the
generator characteristics has to be verified according to ……”. Does the
intermediate checks mention in 17025 coincides or refer to such tedious work?
Or does this verification actually means ‘calibration’?

What is the extent of intermediate checks required by ISO17025?

Appreciate advice from those who works in an accredited EMC lab. Thanks.

Regards,

Wendy Nya
