What has probably happened is that the splitting up of IEC 61326 into a
multi-part standard has resulted in the original Annex F being elevated
to a Section of Part 2. But it may have changed in the process.

The standard is almost certainly dual-voted in IEC and CENELEC and if so
will result in a new edition of EN 61326, split up into Parts and
Sections, with the usual 3 year transition period.
