1.2/50 us is correct.  (my memory, as well as my hair, is turning grey).

I don't see a 2/10us pulse in IEC61000-4-5.  If you're referring to the
1.2/50us combination waveform, try these values: 

Cc        12uF 
Rs1        6ohms 
Rm        1.2ohms 
Lr        8uH 
Rs2        25ohms 

Don't forget to add the coupling components found in figures 6 through 14, as
appropriate for your situation.

I have been  asked to help do a pSpice simulation of IEC 61000-4-5 2/10us
combination wave  pulse.  Would anyone have suggested component values for the
