These are not type test standards in any normal 
sense, so you won't find a body which can perform 
accredited testing in the way that you can with 
(for instance) EN 60950. If anyone does offer you 
this facility, be wary - they probably don't know 
what they are talking about in any great depth.

The people at TUV Product Service Munchen who 
have certified (for instance) the Pilz PSS system 
will probably be able to help you, but your 
chances of it being quick (or cheap) are slim to 
non existent, IMHO.

Personally, I'm suspicious of certifications for 
this sort of application anyway, not because I 
don't think that TUV and others know what they 
are doing - I'm sure they do, but because how the 
certified product is used is also crucial in 
determining whether the standard has been 
complied with for the complete equipment. It's 
far too easy for machinery designers to think 
that by buying a certified control module they 
have solved all their machine control reliability 
problems, and that is very rarely the case.

You have not listed EN 62061, which may also be 
relevant if you are not already aware of it.
