Hi, Jody.

Among the useful data that's available from QMTS2 is CTI.
Using this data can aid in reducing the required creepage
distances required, but it's not a part of ZPMV2 testing.
ZPMV2 direct-support evaluations rely on the QMTS2
Recognitions for data not included in the ZPMV2 evaluations,
so you should be able to rely on it for creepage distance
evaluations.

ZPMV2 evaluations typically require long-term testing.

You'll also need to think about the solder limits identified
in the Recognition. Sometimes, if the material is a CCIL
(copper clad industrial laminate), solder limits are
preevaluated to provide guidance. If the material is not a
CCIL, it's ability to withstand the rigors of processing are
less certain. Also, solder limits for SMT processes are
often relatively complex profiles that don't compare well
with traditional bath or wave soldering times and
temperatures.
