Folks,

We are in the processes of adding a telecom test suite ( for South Africa) to
our in house facility. In the standard ( they call out a surge waveform that
I am not familiar with. It is described in the document as follows

Open Circuit Voltage waveform 640nS/32uS
Short circuit current waveform 3/37uS.
The source impedance is 15 ohms
Test voltage is 4KV.

Anybody familiar with that waveform?
Anybody make a generator for the same?

Thanks
Kind Regards,
