Bob,
You can test any product to any standard. The next question is what
do you want to do with the data? Why would you choose that particular
standard? Finally, why would anyone else accept the data to represent your
product meeting the requirements of the Directive?
These are the more important considerations as I see it. Having
more details might make some other options clearer.
