I have recently crossed paths with two new UNIX servers from two different companies, one had a manual in the box and the other had a document that said see their website. I had no problem finding the one on the website.

I was going to show him were the agency requirements are usually located in the manuals etc - I can find it on the equipment itself. I was surprised to find that I am having great difficulty finding the information on the web sites. Their customer help sites aren't that helpful. I have to be missing the obvious, can anyone clue me in?
