To settle a small argument with the marketing arm I was looking for the Regulatory compliance specs on some servers we have in house. I was going to show him were the agency requirements are usually located in the manuals etc – I can find it on the equipment itself. I was surprised to find that I am having great difficulty finding the information on the web sites. Their customer help sites aren’t that helpful. I have to be missing the obvious, can anyone clue me in?
