EMC-PSTC'ers, What does Amendment A3:2003 to EN 61326:1997 cover? I've been trying to find someone who sells the darned thing, ever since it was first listed as a Harmonized Standard under the EMC Directive (Directive 89/336/EEC) in issue C77 of the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ) on March 31, 2005.
