No interference is alleged in the Notice or the NAL "merely" violation of the Rules. Also, many products on Behringer's site aren't guitar amps. Personally, I'd expect emissions in excess of the limits might be conducted ones, but you never can tell; an unfiltered Class E audio amplifier could radiate over much of the HF spectrum.
