People have explained how very un-unique your example is. It would, in 
fact, be repeated in every time-zone around the world for 24 hours.

For a REAL unique time, consider the year 1666, which in Roman numerals 
has all the common symbols in descending order of magnitude: MDCLXVI.

Truly the 'annus mirabilis' it was described as.
