Hi all, Having operated OATS sites since the late 70's in the US, yes, urban sprawl is a problem, but the biggest problem is licensed users of the spectrum. Between HDTV and wireless communications protocols, major chunks of spectrum have become _very_ difficult to do emissions measurements in, if not impossible. In that light, it's not so much the emissions from the urban dwellers, but the expansion of communications services _for_ the urban dwellers.
