The 89/336 will be repealed from 20 July 2007 but article 15 of the new
directive reads:
"Member States shall not impede the placing on the market and/
or the putting into service of equipment which is in compliance
with the provisions of Directive 89/336/EEC and which
was placed on the market before 20 July 2009."

The new EMC Directive becomes effective 20 July 2007. I’m updating
Declarations of Conformity
and Incorporation for my company. Should I declare to the new Directive or the
old? If I
should declare to the old, what is the first date to declare to the new one?
