Dear group, We have a RF wireless product that are tested and complies to European EN 300 328 standard.
Can we declare C-Tick Declaration of Conformity (DoC) to this standard? There’s a ACA Radiocommunications (Data Transmission Equipment using Spread Spectrum Modulation Techniques) Standard 2003, at the end of the documents, it seems to say that if product complies to EN 300 328-1 is also deem meeting to this requirement. Is anyone able to confirm this? As the product which is meeting to the latest EN 300 328 standard, can it be use as proof of compliance to this ACA Radiocomm standard 2003. Or must we retest the product and generate reports to AS/NZS 4771 standard in order to generate C-Tick DoC. As for New Zealand, browsing thru the table 1 – Radio Standards, within Radiocommunication Notice 2005, No 2, can anyone advice whether this product can be classified as : Conformity Level A1, if it’s under AS/NZS 4771 std or under Spread Spectrum Device (2.4GHz) EN 300 328. Or Conformity Level 2 if under the same ACA Radiocommunications Standard 2003, as above. If it’s under Conformity Level A1, which only needs label product with Supplier Code Number (SCN), no C-Tick mark is required on product, must this SCN be from New Zealand entity? Can we use Australian entity SCN number? Looking forward to you reply.
