I believe the latest list of standards for the EMC directive was published
in the Official Journal last October.

I would also recommend using the safety standards for guidance. The scope
of an EMC standard may not clearly state which products fall under that
standard. For example, the scope of EN 55014 (CISPR 14) does not clearly
indicate that it would cover commercial air conditioners. However, EN
60335-2-40 does clearly describe some commercial air conditioners in its
scope. In general, anything that falls under EN 60335 for safety will have
EN 55014 for EMC. Many other safety and EMC standards are also paired,
such as EN 60950-1 and EN 55022/EN 55024.

Your starting point is the Official Journal of the EU.
If you have a product level (type) standard that applies to your device,
look there. Oherwise, you need to apply the generic EMC standard, under
which you are required to meet the requirements of 61000-3-2.
Example;
You have a laboratory device, which, according to the OJ, means you need to
apply EN 61326-1. Within EN61326-1 you'll find that Class B products are
required to meet 61000-3-2, whereas Class A devices do not.
