Should I understand that existence of separate Cl. 3.5 about interconnection 
means that 'external conductors' in Cl. 3.3 title are not interconnection 
ones (only mains and earthing) ?

Is my DC 12V 0.2A power connection (external DC LPS = not DC MAINS SUPPLY) 
an interconnection (3.5) allowing me for 3.5mm terminal blocks for it, or I 
must use bigger ones as I understand Cl.3.3 ?
