Subject: UK power cords

Hi Folks,

I have a question about 10 Amp, fused, detachable AC power cords included with
ITE equipment for sale in the UK.

These power cords have ASTA approval, per BS1363: Part 1: 1995 plus Amendment
1

Apparently the standard has recently been updated, to BS1363: Part 1: 1995
plus Amendments 1 and 2

My question is, can the existing power cords (meeting BS1363: Part 1: 1995
plus Amendment 1) still be shipped, and if so, until what date?

Thanks in advance

George Stults
