These relays are typically able to handle about 6 KV and several hundred amperes, so they would be overkill for the application you describe. However, they would get the job done. I don't know what companies manufacture these relays, but you may be able to find out by doing a little research or by talking with companies that manufacture surge generators, such as Keytek or Haefely.
