I have not found mercury wetted relays above 500 volts. I have used the 500 volt, 50-ohm mercury relays for generating ESD pulses in a TLP (Transmission Line Pulser) system. If you are testing parts on wafer or even packaged parts TLP is a great way to go. The risetime can be controlled using the time domain filters that Mini-circuits makes. Anything from 250 ps on up can be had. The 500 volt source gives you a 10 amp ESD pulse into a clamped input.
